Terms and Conditions

Zenbar and Suites, Enugu, Nigeria

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all guests and visitors of Zenbar and Suites hotel. By making a booking, checking in, or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.


1. Reservations & Check-In

  • Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Guests must present valid identification (National ID, International Passport, or Driver’s License) at check-in.
  • Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out may attract additional charges.

2. Payments & Deposits

  • Payment may be required in full or in part at the time of booking.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, POS, and major debit/credit cards.
  • A refundable security deposit may be requested at check-in.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival may incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
  • In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount may be charged.

4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests must conduct themselves respectfully and not cause disturbance to other guests or staff.
  • Illegal activities, including drug use, prostitution, and possession of weapons, are strictly prohibited.
  • Damage to hotel property will be charged to the responsible guest.

5. Liability

  • The Hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of guests’ belongings left in public areas. Guests are advised to use safes.
  • The Hotel is not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies that occur on the premises unless due to proven negligence.

6. Visitors

  • Visitors are allowed in guest rooms only with prior registration at the front desk.
  • Overnight stays by unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval and payment of applicable fees.

7. Facilities & Services

  • Use of facilities such as the pool, gym, and lounge are subject to the Hotel’s rules and regulations.
  • Food and beverages from outside are not permitted in certain areas (e.g., restaurants, bar).

8. Force Majeure

  • The Hotel shall not be held liable for any failure to provide services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or civil disturbances.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  • Disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Enugu State.

10. Acceptance

By staying at Zenbar and suites hotel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
